experience: Previous experience riding and some experience showing working cow horses, reiners and cutters. Must have good soft hands and understand how to train form to function, frame and collection. Wage negotiable on experience, start on basic trainee wage and will increase according to ability, work ethic and success in getting horses shown and sold.
additional: Only a small number of high quality 2 yr olds and 3 yr olds to be ridden and some 5 yr olds to be made show ready. Weanlings to be handled and yearlings to be ground handled. Basic barn chores required and assist with other chores around the ranch out in pasture. Unlimited opportunity given to learn and get experience riding with leading trainers in the area.
